Commencing in January 2023 and completed in November 2024, DPM were contracted by PJ Hegarty and separately John Paul Construction to deliver the radon and waterproofing systems for this ground-breaking new pharmaceutical facility in Rafeen industrial park in Limerick. Both projects, which were undertaken concurrently and amounted to circa 28,000sqm of radon barrier and circa 4,000 of various waterproofing membranes in what was one of the largest projects we have ever undertaken.
