Secondary Containment

DPM provide secondary containment solutions to the pharmaceutical, industrial, petrochemical and food processing industries. We use a broad range of coatings and liners to provide adequate containment in the event of a major spill or discharge. Due to the vast array of chemicals involved solutions are nearly always bespoke in design and will often require maintenance after a spill event due to the aggresive nature of some chemicals. In fact some chemicals can be so aggressive that the lining system selected will only act as a buffer, to provide adequate time for the client to manage and clean up the spill. After a major spill event the coating should be inspected thoroughly and reinstated if necessary.

DPM can offer a complete service in this regard. We can repair old or badly spalled concrete, repair or remove and replace damaged rebar/reinforcement and totally resurface your concrete bund giving it a new lease of life.
